UNDER-SLUNG CRANES
Underslung traveling cranes are designed with I-beams or box beams profiles depending on capacity and span. A variable girder connection design allows to optimize available hoisting height in each application. The suspended end carriage design introduces the possibility of counterlevering to provide increased hook coverage by allowing the hoist and load to travel beyond the runway.
Underslung traveling cranes covers capacities up to 20 ton and spans up to 25 meters. Cranes are fitted with low-headroom hoists featuring a max height of lift of 26 m and lifting speed ranging from 4 m/min to 12 m/min.
All movements can be inverter-driven, whereas dual speed versions are also available.
Girders can be supplied with split joints. Thus they can be shipped in 40-foot Open Top containers or in standard road trucks. No welding at site is required.
Standard Underslung traveling cranes are designed in A5/M5 as per FEM standards, but can also be supplied in A6/M6 duty group.
Underslung travelling cranes can be operated by a pendant push button suspended from hoist or independent festoon system or fully remote radio control system.
