COLUMN JIB CRANES WITH ROTATION 270° OR 360°

The jib cranes with 360° electric rotation are the solution to handle very heavy loads for the full range of the crane, when the standard cranes with 270° rotation are insufficient. The column is made of folded and ribbed sheet metal with flange drilled for fastening to a bearing wheel in the upper section and with drilled frame at the bottom for fastening to the floor using anchor bolts. The jib is manufactured with beams or hollow box, depending on its length and capacity and it is mounted on a revolving wheel through a self-braking gear-motor with soft start and braking. The cranes are supplied with a single electrical panel containing contactors or invertors controlling all movements, or with two separate control panels, one for operating the hoist trolley and the other for the rotation of the jib. The power supply runs through a conduit while the push-button can be supplied hanged to the hoist or sliding independently. Radio remote control system can be also provided. Capacities from 1000 kg to 10 tons.

This is an optimal solution where the maximum exploitation of available height is required with further increase of hook travel. The rigid structure of the column ensures the stability of the trolley in all positions of the jib. The bearings mounted on the rotation unit allow a smooth rotation. Available with mechanical, electric or manual push trolley. All cranes are supplied complete with power supply line and junction box. - Arm length from 2 to 8 m. - Capacity from 125 to 2000 kg.
